How to Train Speed in Steal An Anime Egg

The treadmill is the real skill tree. Treat Speed like a key, not a flex number.

Speed Training

Speed decides which eggs you are allowed to steal. Steal An Anime Egg says it on the Roblox page: upgrade the treadmill, train on it, then push farther. This guide is how to train Speed without wasting the cash your anime just printed.

If your plot still has no treadmill, go back to getting started. Everything below assumes the machine exists.

Why Speed beats everything else

A rare nest you cannot escape is not a rare nest. It is a cutscene of a guardian taking your time. Money, mutations, and even codes (when they exist) are downstream of being able to leave a zone. Train until the live gate on the floor is green, then steal. Reverse that order and you will swear the game is unfair.

Servers hold six players. The person with more Speed chooses which eggs exist for everyone else. That is the PvP layer even before anyone walks onto your plot.

The treadmill

Stand on it. Stay on it during hatch timers, index menus, and shop browsing. Every second you AFK on grass is a second the treadmill did not tick.

Upgrade order:

  1. Unlock the treadmill (plot upgrade).
  2. Buy treadmill tiers that increase training rate.
  3. Only then look at trails or other multipliers.

Read the prompt. If a tier says it raises Speed per second, it is a real upgrade. If it only changes the machine’s color, it is a cosmetic wearing a price tag. The Speed planner is a scratch pad for those prompts so you do not do the math in the chase.

Trails and other multipliers

This genre usually sells trails that multiply Speed or training. Buy them when:

  • The treadmill is already at a tier you can feel, and
  • The trail costs less than the time it saves to the next gate.

Do not buy a trail with your first 1,000. That cash is the unlock. If a shop also sells jump or luck, luck can wait until you can actually carry the egg luck would roll. Jump is a controls problem first, a shop problem second.

Reading Speed gates

Gates are on the floor, on signs, or in a zone banner. They are recommendations with teeth: you can sometimes walk in under-level and still get flung. If you enter under-level:

  • Do not pick up an egg. You will be slower while carrying.
  • Scout the nest, then leave.
  • Train until the number is comfortable, not barely matching.

This wiki will not print a fake ladder like “Lake 900 / Desert 10K” copied from Steal An Egg. Those numbers belong to another place ID. Copy them and you will train for the wrong game. Trust the HUD in Steal An Anime Egg, then log the number you saw in the Speed planner for your own next session.

When to stop stealing and grind

Stop stealing when any of these is true:

  • You have failed the same nest twice in a row.
  • Your income would buy a treadmill tier in one AFK cycle.
  • The only eggs left are behind a gate you do not meet.

Grind on the treadmill, hop back out, steal one, hatch, replace a weak anime, grind again. That rhythm is how to play. The money guide is how you fund the grind without selling a mutation by mistake.

Speed and PvP

More Speed also means you can leave your plot faster when someone is stealing from you, and arrive on theirs before they notice. It is a defense stat. Pair training with how to protect so you are not the fastest player with an unlocked door.

If a script promises Speed bypass, that is not training. That is an executor risk. Read script safety before you even open auto steal.

Session template

  1. Collect offline cash.
  2. Buy one treadmill tier if you can.
  3. Train through one hatch.
  4. Steal one nest at your current gate using how to steal.
  5. Hatch, replace, repeat.

Do this until the next gate stops feeling like a joke. Speed is boring on purpose. The interesting eggs are on the other side of boring.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Steal An Anime Egg questions.

How do I get more Speed in Steal An Anime Egg?

Unlock the treadmill, stand on it, upgrade its training rate, then consider trails. Steal only after the next floor gate is realistic.

Can I enter a zone under the Speed requirement?

Sometimes you can walk in, but carrying an egg there usually fails. Scout without picking up, then train.

Are Steal An Egg biome Speed numbers the same?

No. Different game. Use the live HUD in Steal An Anime Egg and the Speed planner.

Should I buy trails or treadmill first?

Treadmill first. Trails are multipliers on a machine you already own.
